Feeling frazzled? Take a tip from my friend, Lucky. Grab your favorite toy, hold it in your mouth and roll around on your back in the snow. This method is guaranteed to release your body of the holiday tension that builds up during the month December.
Whether you're celebrating Christmas as a religious holiday or as a time for family to come together or both, I wish all of you many happy and warm moments. It's always a pleasure to visit your blogs and see what's growing in your part of the world. You're terrific people, as well as great gardeners.
This is probably better than any yoga I could do.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Donna!
Now that's relaxation! A most wonderful Christmas to you.
ReplyDeleteThis picture is funny, relaxing and noprice!!!! :D hugs, Flavia
ReplyDeleteHi Donna. I don't know about being terrific, but I'm darn sure I don't have a terrific garden. But because I'm shameless, I'll still accept your Christmas wishes
ReplyDelete;>)....
Very best Holiday wishes to you and all your family. Stay warm and cozy.
(We were at a little Christmas party today where somebody had some kind of pastry from their hometown in Wisconsin flown in for the holidays. Wish I remembered what it was called; it was yummy!)
So much we could learn from our furry friends!
ReplyDeleteThank you Donna. I wish you the best for this holiday season and a New Year full of happy gardens!
ReplyDeleteHe is so funny and cute. Thank you for sharing, Donna.
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you for always visiting my blog.
Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.
Oh, this could be Sophie, Donna--she loves to make "doggie angels" in the snow! I wish you, too, a blessed Christmas and hope you have time to relax and enjoy the holidays.
ReplyDeleteLove this! What a sweet happy pup! I'm mostly just celebrating the cookies -- trying hard to get more than my fair share!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and Coo Coo ;>)
I've never seen a dog so happy to roll in the snow. How cute!
ReplyDeleteI hope you and your family have a great Christmas!
Hi Donna,
ReplyDeleteHow about if I just watch Lucky, and pretend I'm rolling around in the snow? What fun!
Merry Christmas to you, too! Tell Phillip Merry Christmas for me, too. Maybe he can post about Christmas.
How lucky Lucky seems. I can't grab a picture from Storm he keeps hopping around in the snow like he thinks he's a frog...tooo funny to watch.
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas my friend.
Hugs Dagmar

ReplyDeleteHa! I love that photo! Lucky is going with the flow, I'd say! I enjoyed time travelling in your garden. The dragon wing begonia is one I'll be looking for this coming year as I've heard such good things about it. Hope you have a great 2011 Donna!
ReplyDeleteDonna my friend,
ReplyDeleteThank you for you kind and loving words regarding my dad's passing. They were truly appreciated.
Oddly...my father suffered a few TIA's during his last years, so I can understand the struggles you are having with your own father's health.
Hopefully the new year will bring him continued improvement.
Hugs to you too.
Linda
Do hope your Christmas was merry, Donna. Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteI'm going out on a limb here and assume that Lucky is a dog. I could be wrong tho. In any case, I think Lucky is very wise and also generous to pass his wisdom along to us. Thanks, Lucky!
